My Thunderbird client install on a particular PC had a crash yesterday afternoon, and it appears that I have lost my folder structure and sent folder for one of the 5 email accounts that is set up in this client. The rest of the accounts in this client setup are fine. The account that experienced the crash was set up as a POP3 account, so I cannot just reload from the server. Unfortunately I did not back this thunderbird profile up recently enough. Is there anyway to recover what was lost? Is it hiding somewhere on the PC? ANy options to try?

If it was not destroyed, it will be somewhere within the c:\users\<yourid>\appdata\roaming\thunderbird\profiles folder. The profiles are in that folder and a POP account would be in the Mail folder.
