Yes, there are two files: abook.sqlite and history.sqlite . if thunderbird is still on old computer, do this:
- on old computer, click help>troubleshootinginformation
- scroll to 'profile folder' and click 'open folder'
- exit thunderbird
- you are now in profile. COPY abook.sqlite and history.sqlite to externa media
- repeat steps 1 through 3 on new computer
- paste the two exported files into profile
- you're done
