chs_intelligence.json files
The Firefox file "chs_intelligence.json" appears in the main hard drive of my Macbook Pro laptop, along with more of these files with names such as "chs_intelligence.json.15q0fp" etc. What is the function of these files, and can I delete them without disrupting the functioning of the browser? I am using Firefox version 115.1.0esr (64-bit), Mac OS x 10.14. Thank you.

A .json file is a structured data file meant to be read by a script, possibly a script in a web page. Firefox does use some .json files, but would not normally save random files in a location other than:
- Your preferred downloads folder (set on the Settings/Preferences page)
- Its web content cache (which is under Library somewhere)
- Its profile folder (which is under Library somewhere)
I am not aware of any reason you need to keep those files for Firefox's sake. But that said, I'm curious what they are...
If you go ahead and view chs_intelligence.json in a tab in Firefox -- Firefox doesn't execute the code/data when you open a .json file, it shows a structured view of it -- what kind of data is it?
Does "chs" possibly stand for the name of any program on your computer?
Thank you for your answer. The "chs" may refer to the Chinese language version of the file. My SpyderXElite color correcting software has a "CHS" folder for the Chinese language version of the Help files, an "ENU" folder for the English version, "DEU" for the German version, etc.
Looking at the time the files were created, it was while processing photos using Lightroom v10.4 and Photoshop v22.5.9, then uploading them to WeTransfer.
Here is the raw data from chs_intelligence.json. Do you know what kind of data it is, and if it's OK to delete it? Thank you.

I cannot figure out what this file is for. The references to whether the firewall is enabled or disabled, and some web content being infected or blocked, make me think it might be related to security software. But I can't tell. If these files are in an odd location where programs normally wouldn't store data, I think it's reasonable to delete them (or move them somewhere else and see whether any program complaints).
