I upgraded the hard drive on my computer, first I did a full back up on an external drive. When I reloaded to my new drive, everything transferred fine, except for the bookmarks and favorites on FireFox. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my password and tried to reset it several times but somehow I kept getting messages about the wrong parameters.
