Language in firefox
Hello, i was using firefox i nthe czech language and ewrything was working fine, but then an update came and now the browser is unable to read czech pages (as in the image below). Do you have any ideas how to fix it? I have tried messing with the setting multiple times, but was never able to make it work. Thanks for your response, Radim Kolář

You can check in Font Book for font issues like corrupted and duplicate fonts.
You can right-click and select "Inspect" to open the built-in Inspector with this element selected.
You can check in the Rules tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font-family is used for selected text. You can check in the Fonts tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font is actually used because Firefox might be using a different font than specified by the website.
Thanks, i got it to work by disabling the option for the website to use its own fonts.
Best would be to identify the problem font and fix the issue with this font either by removing the font or replace it with a working version.
What font was this about ?
These days a lot of websites use an iconic font to display (small) special images. If you disable website font via "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above" then such fonts are disabled and you may see little boxes with the hex code of the character or text labels instead.
it appears to be Georgia
Thanks for reporting back on which font this was about.
