How can I save my extensions in case Firefox refreshes?
Each time Firefox is refreshed, I must re-install extensions. How can I save the extensions so they do not need to be downloaded and re-installed ever time Firefox refreshes?

Here's a read what this does:
Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings#:~:text=the%20new%20profile.-,What%20does%20the%20refresh%20feature%20do%3F,such%20as%20extensions%20and%20themes).
Important: A Firefox refresh removes add-ons and other customizations, such as extensions, extension data, and preference configurations. If you've made accessibility customizations to Firefox, you may need to add them back after refreshing. Consider using Firefox Troubleshoot Mode to diagnose issues before you refresh Firefox.
Each time I used Troubleshoot Mode, I had to set up Firefox as if it were a brand new app. I find it hard to believe there isn't an app or perhaps a way to backup extensions. I have some extensions that take a long time to configure with multiple inputs and links. Firefox has been around for decades. I am not trying to invent the wheel. I can't be the only one who has this issue and am surprised nobody came up with a solution. In fact, I am disappointed that Firefox's developers have ignored this hiccup.
It could work if you use Sync to sync the add-ons.

You can also backup the extensions folder in the Firefox profile folder or recover this folder from the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop.
When I find an add-on I like, I copy its web address to a folder on my system. This way, if I lose it, easy to reinstall.
