I don't have an autoconfig.cfg nor autoconfig.js file so I'm assuming I don't have to show contents. I have Librefox installed too. Could that be the "Privafox" thing that locks settings?

Alright, I solved the problem now. I just had to delete the mozilla.cfg file and everything got unlocked straight away.
