Hi! My beloved Mozilla program gave me an error message when trying to open it this morning :(
Error: Platform version 91.7.0 is not compatible with minVersion > = 91.8.0 maxVersion < = 91.8.0
Program won't open at all. Any way to resolve this problem? Or at least recover files? I've used Mozilla for years to organize important emails...clearly that was a bad idea now. Please help? Thanks! Lisa

Try to shut down thunderbird.
Delete the program folder at c:\program files(x86)\Mozilla
Try thereafter the fresh install of Thunderbird software. Back up your profile somewhere on a usb stick.
