email attachments fail to download
Downloading email attachments fails with Firefox. OK with Explorer 11. This problem began four days ago. Please tell me how to fix this.

Not really certain what solved the problem. I tried to shotgun the suggestions and even loaded up Chrome. At some point things got back to normal with Firefox. Could have been an overfull cache.
