How do i disable pop up blocker on my android phone? I can't open my pdf.

Hi

If you open the Firefox for Android menu and select Settings, you will be able to change the level of enhanced tracking protection.

That said, Firefox for Android does not have the ability to open .pdf files - you will need to open them in another app on your device.
