Youtube video pauses, audio continues
When playing a video pauses but the audio continues. The video will then continue but has jumped ahead to where the audio is. So, audio plays uninterrupted, but video will pause, resume, pause, resume multiple times and each time it resumes, it jumps ahead so it is synced with the audio. This occurs most often in Youtube videos. However, I've noticed it playing other videos when in the browser.

I'll add this does not occur when using another browser, either Chrome or Edge, the same video will play fine without the issue. I use Youtube a great deal and this is a frequent issue.
