I recently lost power and had to reinstall most apps ,thunder bird not been set up yet. when i tried to set up fire fox it said i was locked out because the code sent to my email couldn't find my email address does this mean i have to use a different browser? From what i have read ,i need to enter a new email address ,which i don't have. thanks

You don't need a code or log onto anything to use Firefox. When does that message show up?

I can use firefox .When i try to logon sync,to get my bookmarks and passwords back i get this (The confirmation email we sent to everguson@zoominternet.net was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data.)as i said previously i didn't have Thunderbird set up yet so the message with the code was returned. Many thanks for answering my post
