Hi, There’s plenty of options in the mobile app for default mail app choices but it’s missing Fastmail. Any workaround or way to add it? Thanks

Manually adding your another mail client is not currently possible with v.18.1. I do recommend to open a feature request. Simply send send your comment via email to ios-feedback@mozilla.com or go to Firefox > Settings > Send feedback
