Silverlight install with firefox update

Được đăng

Hi, Since updating both Firefox & Firefox ESR, I can no longer access a page that is needed for my work. I already have Silverlight installed on the laptop but get the message/image Silverlight install, I have attempted to uninstall and re-install the program but had no luck getting passed the same message. This website page is vital for the running of the business, so I need a solution ASAP.

Firefox Releases from 52.0 and on which includes 62.0 and the 50.2.0 ESR only allows the NPAPI Flash Player Plugin to run. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins

Since you use Windows you could use the portable Firefox 52.9.0 ESR as it will not touch your Profiles being used with regular install from Mozilla. https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox-portable-legacy-52
