I can't Get into the browser and mail is not getting customer
I can't get beyond "Get get started......." when I try to get to the Browser to browe & and mail is not it designation. Have had the mail problem for a few weeks.

As Firefox is not a Email Client please explain :
and mail is not it designation.

Get started also means nothing ...
Please uninstall Firefox and Delete any Folders in Program Files and Programs, your Profile is in another place so is saved then install with this *https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/#legacy
Note the above release 52.9.0esr is the last release available for XP/Vista. No other releases and support ends at month end.
No other versions above 52.9 will be compatible for use with XP/Vista.
