How do I change the font of my incoming e-mails ?
My incoming e-mail messages are in some crazy hard to read font. How can I change this to a basic verdana ?

Go to Tools|Options|Display|Advanced.
Untick the checkbox "Allow messages to choose fonts".
In the box above this, select Latin and then the Verdana or whatever other faces you wish to use, and their sizes. Note that these are set in pixels and not the more familiar points.
Repeat after changing Latin to Other Writing Systems.
