Hello, I've got a problem with my facebook messenger. It was working properly before my firefox got updated. Recently my facebook messenger isn't working at all. Whenever I tried to open messenger it wouldn't open. And if forced it to open in a new tab it opened but just froze afterwards with a blank white page. Sometimes it opened only for the last chat, but if I tried to switch to another chat it just got froze with a blank page. Facebook is working allright but not the messenger, not even the usual normal chat box in the lower part of the screen of the facebook page. So, why is this happening? It would be great if someone can solve this problem. (By the way, I use Windows 7 OS)
