I am getting a grey padlock with a red bar
It is blocking me from a site I have used for a long time. Only happens on my Win7 desktop, not my Win10 laptop. How do I fix this please. Thanks, Ian.

How are you blocked? Any messages?
If I click on the "i" icon it tells me Connection is Not Secure

Note that Firefox 51+ will mark HTTP connections with a padlock that has a strike through it
