I cannot find a address menu to choose from and also grouping of addresses.
At one time there was a list of names to select from and also given groups of names and addresses along with the option of using BCC when sending messages. Today that list of names (and groups) is not there and I cannot find out how to use BCC. Today, I have to bring up names by striking a letter and a email address comes up and I follow by striking "enter" to include that address in my message.

The alt key is on your keyboard just like all keyboards.
You need to have a Write window open to press the F9 key to toggle the Contact Sidebar on and off.

Try the F9 button. Also, the menu has an item for Contacts Sidebar. If you don't have a menu, press the alt button.
