How do I get rid of the new box at bottom of screen right side that shows name of internet access?
attempted to upload capture.PNG however wheel just keeps spinning, nothing appears to be uploading.

Taking a Screen shot; Windows > Start > search box > Snip. Select Snipping Tool. Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot. Save the picture(s) to your desktop. Now look at the Reply box below. Press the button under it that says Browse. Now select the screen shot(s) from the desktop and load them one at a time.

Installed Plug-ins
Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 11.6.6.636
Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 11.5.9.620
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
