I can't send or reply to an email in Outlook/Hotmail. I cleared my cache, cookies, browsing history, etc. and even uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox.
So what do I do next?

Since you do not know what it is you probably have not modified it. Could it possible be your User JS file that you have set as No

Can you please provides or in more detail, what happen when you try to send/reply? What are your steps and where it stops working (what should happen and does not)?
