the tab that opens a new tab is missing, I can't open new window to do anything.
I can open links in new windows, everything seems to work fine. But if i want to just open a new tab to go somewhere new it is not there anymore. I tried using a "tab enhancement" addon but didn't like it so I disabled it ( Tree Style Tab).

Can you open a new tab by middle-clicking free space on the tab bar?
Try to click Restore Defaults in the Customize palette.
Open the Customize window and set which toolbar items to display.
- "3-bar" menu button > Customize
- if missing items are in the Customize palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
- if you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the Customize palette then click the Restore Defaults button to restore the default toolbar setup

does Ctrl+T work? yes it does, as does clicking on the 3 Stripes and clicking new window. I can open new tabs by right clicking on things, it is just that the new tab is missing from the top next to tabs already open...

clicking on the scroll wheel does open a new blank tab. Thanks
