Used to but can't now see icons for font size, underline, bullet points, numbers, etc when sending email. Why?
When I sent emails in the past there were a couple of toolbars visible which showed font style, size and boldness. Also could see bullet point and number icon. Also, I could indicate if I wanted paragraphs to be single, double space, etc. These are no longer visible. Anyone know why they suddenly disappeared?

If you hold the Shift key when clicking Write are they there?

If you hold the Shift key when clicking Write are they there?
If holding the Shift key when opening a write window fixed your problem you have your account set to compose messages in Plain Text format. Holding shift toggles between HTML and plain text.
You can go into account settings-composition and addressing and see if HTML is checked.
