Firefox crash report appears when i try to open firefox and unable to open firefox. I have been through the help pages and uninstalled and reinstalled as instructed but still no joy. I have uninstalled any program recently added that may have cause the crash but still no luck. i am now following the recommendation to ask for help! I have found the crash report ID and am hoping someone out there can help

hi, looking closer at those reports, it looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your systems control panel and remove any software labled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.

Your helpful advice has solved the problem and now i am not forced to use horrible google chrome.

Thanks and will use mozilla support again if needed
