FF version 40.0.3 is sending LARGE font to all three of my printers. My other laptop with FF 40.0.2 is NOT.
This issue began on Thursday, Aug 27, 2015. At least that was the first time it surfaced.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Check the Scale setting in Print Preview or in File > Page Setup.
Shrink to Fit or 100% is usually best.

Changing the scale as suggested by ed-meister fixed it. I should have thought of that but duh, I was blaming the update to 40.0.3. And maybe that did cause the change to 200%. I just can't fathom that could happen. Anyway, I learned something today. Never even heard you could change the output that way.
