cannot receive calls, firefox OS 2.0, alcatel onetouch

I just got an alcatel onetouch from amazon (with firefox OS 2.0) and I cannot receive any calls from it. I can call and can send and receive sms's. I can also use the internet, receive emails. Everything else works. I don't understand what the problem is. Can I get some help with this. I have tried switching the network. The startup screen says that I am roaming, for some reason, but I am connected to the network. I don't get it.
The only thing I can think of is that I am living in a country that Firefox OS has not been distributed in, so there is something weird with the network so I cannot use it properly.

Is your carrier experiencing outages with incoming calls? Have you checked with them to see if they're experience such outages? In the event that there are not outages, please reset your device.
Please follow these steps to reset your device back to factory settings:

Does not help I found another problem as well, I cannot send mms's at all I live in Sweden right now, so maybe that is the problem. The fact that my phone is constantly roaming worries me, so I guess I am done with Firefox OS, until they get it working properly. Too bad, I don't really know what phone to get now since I refuse to use android, windows or mac. Maybe I will try Jolla, seems like the only Linux based phone that works properly.
Just to make it clear, I also have a ZTE open phone that works in Sweden, but it is almost done, and impossible to upgrade past version 1.1, so not really something I can continue to use

Only we can update the software of zte phone by flashing it .or you can flash the phone with adb and dev tools . make sure that your phone has driver software for flashing. Otherwise you have to contact service center
Yes I purchased the Alcatel online, but there was only one left, so I doubt he can fix another for me.
How do you flash the phone, I couldn't figure it out. How do I know that the phone has the correct driver? I tried to update it a while ago so it has left me now but I remember that I wasn't able to for some reason, but by that time I was really busy finishing my PhD, so I sort of forgot about it....
