I have successfully sync both new laptops, smartphones, reset recovered laptops, I've never had a problem! Now, using this email, I can't get in to my established account! Please Help!

I'll ask for a check of your account to see if it still exists. I'm hoping it's just a temporary technical issue because I have not heard of Sync accounts disappearing like this before.
