I would really like to know. I used to love Firefox, now I HATE it. It's complete garbage. Constant "not responding" and infuriating crashes. The stupid thing will just abruptly close and then REFUSE to reopen. Clicking on the icon does NOTHING. I have to go into Task Manager and end the freaking Firefox process in order to get the damned thing to open, which of course wipes out my saved session. INFURIATING! Don't tell me it's my system, I have an i7 Quad Core and 8GBs of RAM. Don't tell me to look at my health report. There is no such thing, when I click Help I get a useless BLANK screen. I hate Firefox. You ruined a great browser and it doesn't seem like you give a damn.

You can provide "feedback" to the Mozilla developers here - https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback - which many users use to "vent" their frustrations with Firefox.

I wonder how you can say that we don't "give a damn". New support account, first question, and you don't ask for support. How about you give a chance to help you before you condemn us? We're users just like you, and maybe only 2 or 3 out of the top 25 contributors here work for Mozilla - the vast majoriity of us volunteer our time to help fellow Firefox users, and surely we deserve better, don't you think?

I did ask for support. Did I not explain the issues I am having? I have sent feedback through that link and have never gotten a response. I am just fed up with Firefox's horrible performance.

We are always willing to try to help.

Please visit about:crashes, as explained lower down and paste 3 or 4 crash IDs into your reply all we need is the bp-xxx ..... not the full reports.

Be assured Firefox is not slow and crashing for everyone, so even if it is not your system it is probably something going wrong at your end. Unfortunately there are many things that could potentially go wrong.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Thank you for your help!

More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.

The feedback get studied and probably abstracts, maybe by machine, are used internally, but you wont get replies. You can look at what has been posted using: https://input.mozilla.org/?product=Firefox Note it is searchable.
