I work for a company who is trying to make sure all 3rd party browsers auto update and keep everyone that has it installed on the same version. About 100 people who have Firefox installed are not updating like they should. We see versions from 15 to the most recent. We can't figure out why Firefox isn't pulling updates on versions with auto update like they should. No one has turned off auto update (we checked). Any ideas?

There are multiple things that can cause this, I'd suggest checking if all users are admins on their machines, and if they aren't use an admin account to update them to the latest Firefox and enable the Mozilla maintenance service. Once installed and updated once by an admin, this will let non-admin users update Firefox going forward.
