HTML and jQuery <marquee> lag. Other troubles with css2 transition lag.
Hi,
It seems I have a problem with lag that affect the <marquee> code in HTML and the transition in css3. Instead of getting a slow flow of text, it's jumping every seconds. There's no style in this. I tought I was doing some wrong programming but after some tests, I found out that all marquees are affected, not just the ones I made. Firefox is the only browser with the problem along explorer (well, can't ask iEx much). I have lag with my marquees and transitions. the width property seems affected as well as the letter-spacing. I'm not surprised about explorer, but I didn't expect firefox not to be able to translate properly my encoding. It works perfectly fine on chrome, safari and opera. I always try to adapt my code for it to work on firefox and chrome.
It worked fine before the update something like two month ago, after that, I got some bad css deforming.
I cleaned my cache without results, removed firefox, cleaned up in programs files, restarted my computer, reinstalled it. Nothing changed.
Can you please help me? It could be my computer.

Could you test in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions, hardware acceleration, and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.
If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
and OK the restart.
Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Any change in graphics performance?
Yes, the jQuery marquee is way better. The HTML one is still lagging on all websites. The rotate css request is competely deformed but I guess this is safemode. The graphic performance is slow and jumpy. Firefox is also the only one affected along with iEx.
