Multiple Calendar reminders vanish all together, if only one is acknowledged. This is not very nice.
If several calendar reminders pop up at the same time and I acknowledge one of them, then all reminders vanish (to pop up some minutes later again). There is no chance to, say, acknowledge 2 reminders out of 4 or so, i.e. to work down the list of popped-up reminders.

As you are refering to an addon, I would suggest you contact the author of the addon and let them know about the issue. Only the author of an addon can improve that addon.
You are definitely right. It is just difficult to find the correct addressee, hence a question of time for me. It seemed to me even difficult to provide feed-back to Thunderbird, as there are possibilities for various versions of Firefox, but none for Thunderbird...
You mention 'calendar', so perhaps you are using the Lightning version 3.3.3 addon ? I went to Lightning addon page:
clicked on the 'Support Site' link. Then scrolled down to Lightning 3.3 is Out the Door section clicked on the 'comments link to get this:
I notice that Lightning 4.0 is being developed, so passing on any bugs you have found would be useful.
