firefox not opening any websites after updating firefox
1) firefox not opening any websites after updating 2) internet explorer is opening all websites properly 3) If we open the firefox and try's to close it, it show that it has closed the firefox window from the screen but actually it has not closed. its process is still running and I am unable end task its processes. When firefox process is running, we cannot open another session also and if we try to open another session of firefox then it gives us error message "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window."
4) After trying to kill the firefox process from taskbar and if we try to open another session of firefox, it also gives error message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible" 5) The only solution to close the firefox process is to restart the Computer.
6) I have tried FAQ's from your websites but after that also it not opening any website I have used below website link and settings as shown. --reset firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox

set network settings to "No Proxy"

Is there a Firewall or Antivirus also installed on the affected computer? Sometimes after updating the configuration/rules need
- Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet to be updated.
- Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox
