You'll need to backup your Thunderbird profile. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Thunderbird_:_FAQs_:_Backing_Up_and_Restoring#Manually_back_up_the_profile
Thank you for your suggestion. I have installed Linux Mint 17.1 with the Thunderbird and everything I had installed was still there. So, I didn´t need these mesures. Thanks anyway.
