This problem started 2 days ago. It may have something to do with AT&T/Yahoo email but now when I try to log into my email, it takes my username(email address) and password, then it comes up with a second screen and asks for the username again but it now says it doesn't recognize it and I can't get into my email.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
