I repeatedly cannot access a couple of websites, receiving messages such as, "Server Not Found" and "We can’t connect to the server at companyname.org." Since this happens regularly with a couple of popular websites (e.g., Consumer Reports), I don't believe the problem is with the sites themselves. So, is there a setting on Firefox that will enable me to unblock access to specific sites?

I keep getting the attached message when I sign into my bank. This just started yesterday (9/4/24), but when I sign in with another browser I don't have a problem?

I can login to B of A and do everything except reach the make payment page on my PC desktop. I've cleared cache and cookies per B of A instructions but it doesn't help. I can get there on my iPad's Firefox, however. They said to contact you.

I have Windows 11 and this started happening today. Everytime I try to drag a website to desktop I get the message "Error moving file or folder/Denied". And it's only happening on Firefox, I can do this just fine on Chrome. I've tried reinstalling Firefox. I've try starting it in Troubleshooting mode. Nothing works.

When I start Firefox and view a website in full-screen mode, Firefox is always in the foreground and also blocks all notifications from the Windows Notification Center. How can I stop this? I have already checked the settings. Nothing is activated here. I would like to view a website in full-screen mode, but still receive notifications. As soon as I exit full-screen mode, the Windows notifications are displayed again. Thank you for your help!

Since a few weeks, I can not drag image from and hence not drop images out of firefox anymore. I used to be able to drag and drop any image from any website into any other app before. Now, I have to right-click and save the image to the file system and from there in a second step decide what to do with it. This is very inconvenient and annoying.

Is this a bug? Is there a new setting where I have to enable this functionality again? Or is it simply a regression of firefox?

Hello Firefox is my default browser Now I have undesirable ads in the Promotions tab. Of course they disappear if I delete the Promotions tab, but the Promotions tab is very convenient. I can't mark them as spam. I don't have this problem at all with Chrome. Please tell me what to do. Sincerely

I am in the pharmaceutical industry and using ectd program, which is producing an xml backbone (directories) containing pharmaceutical information (pdfs). Only internet explorer can show this. Chrome has recently lost this ability. Firefox shows only some headings, like reading the index.xml only and not detecting the other directories. Is there an option/addon so I can view the contents correctly? I cannot attach the export of the ectd program (index.html & backbone/directories) so you can see to what I refer to, only the pics.

Normally when i open firefox it open on the same tab/application image on my taskbar. however today it opened on a different tab/application image on my taskbar. i found this odd as this happened when i used chrome as well, when i used my secondary account it opened a new chrome tab/application. im just wondering if this is normal or has happened to anyone else, as when it opened the new taskbar widget my pinned tabs where also gone.

Hello, its not really a question to ask in the community is more a bug in the software system which is firefox,

The bug is after the last update, its october 8 2024 right now so figure wat the last update was, I noticed a big amounts of bugs with looking at videos, they always tend to pause randomly or dont play from the beggining, i promise you its not a problem on my end which i tested by finding that restarting the browser when i encounter the problem can fix the issue temporarly, so when i look at videos i mean - Youtube, twitch, instagram stories. it started with the new update i promise, please check it out.

In the past 2 months it has happened around 5 to 6 times. I have around 10 Gmail accounts logged in and randomly my accounts get logged out without me doing anything.

Is it normal, is there an explanation behind this?
