Youtube seems to be blocked by "Internet Filtering Policy" yet I can access youtube on google chrome. How do I fix this, I prefer Mozilla Firefox.

I am just trying to get to the youtube homepage on Mozilla Firefox and I get the error message: "This page has been blocked by internet filtering policy". So I went to my google chrome browser and youtube pulls up fine there, so I know that it is not a problem with my internet. I prefer Mozilla Firefox though, would like this fixed.
