My problem has returned only on Firefox. When I go online for banking, I cannot sign off while using Firefox. I can sign off when using IE. How can I correct this problem?

When I open a website for my online banking or credit cards, I used to be able to click the "sign off" button and now nothing happens so I have to close the webpage. This happened before and I had my computer repaired and it started working again. Today it won't work again. If I go online using IE, I do not have this problem.

Hi,

Please try a Ctrl + F5 refresh on the page. If the problem persists please try browsing in Safe Mode temporarily and check.

HI, this did not work. I will try browsing in Safe Mode and see if that works. I do not have same problem when using IE.
