I can't open a new window!

I can only open new tabs. I've tried using Ctrl+N, minimizing my current window and clicking the FF icon on my desktop, going to "start" and clicking on the FF icon on my programs list, and also File: New Window. None work. It does try to open it for ONE second and right away closes that window. It's gone in the blink of an eye. Help!

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
