Change Primary Mail
Hello,
I have a problem verifying a secondary email address for my Mozilla Account.
Whenever I click "Send verification code", the website confirms that the code has been sent, but I never receive any email.
I have already ruled out the usual causes:
The mailbox is working correctly. I receive emails from other senders without any problems. I checked the Inbox, Spam and Junk folders. I waited for more than 30 minutes and tried multiple times. I tested with different browsers and private browsing mode.
Most importantly, I tested two completely different email providers:
[email removed to protect user's privacy] (STRATO) [email removed to protect user's privacy] (Telekom Germany)
The verification email is not delivered to either address.

Looks like you're dealing with a Mozilla account issue. We have direct one-to-one support for Mozilla accounts (which is different from a peer-to-peer support forum like this one).
