How Do I move the tabs to the top bar of the Window?
The top bar of my window is just empty, with the tabs below. This is a waste of space. How do I move it to the top?

I found it! In "Symbolleiste Anpassen" I had to un-check "Titelleiste". (maybe someone can add the translations for other languages?)
