Recently I received an email from " Firefox Monitor<breach@mozilla.com> " advising that my email was found in a new data breach. Is this legitimate or from a scam site? What should I do ?

Yes, it's most likely our website. Check https://monitor.firefox.com/breaches for recent breaches. There should be more info & tips about it.
