After downloading win 10, ver 1607 firefox takes 4 min to load, how do I fix this?

Firefox worked on my computer after I installed Win 10 up to version 1503. When I installed version 1607, Firefox takes 4 minutes to load. Previously, it required seconds. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi, that shouldn't happen! If you haven't already, Restart your PC - not Shutdown.

If that doesn't help, try starting in Safe Mode, by holding down Shift when you start Firefox. More - Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox
