
Outlook LIVE (hotmail) - NOT THE APP - will not show pictures in Email anymore
I have read ALL of the help comments of all of the people who posted basically the same thing on Microsoft Community Forum that I could find - and can't find an answer.
I have: Two Laptops - Windows 10 and 11 Use Outlook Live (Hotmail) via Firefox
All Firefox browsers are UP TO DATE - and I have checked all the settings I can find - including about: config on Firefox itself - for some reason Pictures from senders - Yes - those I trust - do NOT show - I checked on Chrome and no problem, Edge no Problem - pictures show on BOTH those browsers - However - I prefer USING FIrefox (I don't like Chrome and only use it if I have to track emails and use THOSE features etc.)- I disabled ANY AD Blockers I have. As for Virus Protection - On Windows 11 I have UltraAV on the Windows 10 just Microsoft Defender - This just started happening.
I DO NOT get any kind of placeholder or a red X or any text saying anything - Just NO pix show in my Inbox.
This DOES NOT happen with the Outlook App on my Android or it seems anywhere else.
Can anyone help me?

Hello,
First, please try:
- clearing cookies for Outlook;
- running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode.

First - THANK YOU for responding! Now - I DID clear the cookies from Outlook BEFORE I posted on the Forum and it didn't help...
HOWEVER - I find that - and this has been the 3rd or 2nd time this has happened - when I have EXHAUSTED all possibilities I can think of to a problem I am having with Firefox on my own - and I THEN decide to post on THIS Community Support Forum - a day or 2 later - the problem has "miraculously" disappeared or been solved - SUCH is the case with THIS problem - AT LEAST on my Windows 11 laptop. I went to the emails I have in my inbox with pictures - and now THEY ALL show!! -
BUT - I went to my Windows 10 - and it was still a problem - even though my Firefox is synced - so I cleared Outlook cookies as well as EVERY COOKIE other than those sites I hate having to login to again and again b/c I use them daily or weekly - leaving me with like only 20 cookies - and THEN it worked
So - regardless of how this happened and why it is now Fixed - I THANK YOU again for responding!
