folder bookmark
Whats's up with the "system bookmark folders"? They appear 5-9 times...
They cannot be deleted... it is very annoying..

Are you using Sync to sync bookmarks?
If the Places Maintenance extension can't repair the places.sqlite database file then remove all places.sqlite file(s) in the Firefox profile folder to make Firefox rebuild the places.sqlite database file from the most recent JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder.

You may have to restore older backups if the latest backup(s) are already affected.

deleting places.sqlite did the trick
