How do I get rid of MyStartincredibar

I believed that I had got rid of MyStartincredibar as the main search engine, about a week ago, which had somehow found it's way into my Firefox. However it is still coming up as a secondary search engine on occasions and I cannot see how to get rid of this. I have also had problems with aLot search bar and also babylon but think these have gone. Is there a cleansing tool to get rid of these unwanted sites? Help appreciated.
