If I tap on a YouTube link in an app like my RSS reader or Bsky, and Safari is my default browser, it launches the YouTube app correctly.

Firefox instead opens the link in a Firefox window with a banner asking if I want to open the YouTube app.

Why can’t I skip the middleman? The only setting I can find is “Block links opening in external apps” which is disabled.

If I click on a YouTube link in another app, say Bluesky or my RSS reader or something, and Safari is my default browser, as soon as it realizes I have a YouTube link it jumps to the YouTube app.

Firefox instead opens the YouTube link in a Firefox tab, and has an “Open in App?” banner along the top.

How can I skip that middle step? This is pretty annoying.

Yesterday morning when I pulled up my firefox browser all my bookmarks had disappeared from the bar, from the list and from my home page. I have tried to re-add the bookmarks and it will not save them. Please help!

All of a sudden and without me changing any settings I can no longer get images in web pages Am using latest version of Firefox - I think- on iPhone 15. Everything else seems to be working fine. And I can see images in safari Help welcome. David

My old mail provider went out of business a d I need to edit my email. I am unable to receive the reset code going to the old email address. Does anyone know what to do?

In previous versions of firefox for ipad, a blue notification was shown temporarily at the bottom of the screen when a tab was closed, allowing to tab This was really helpful, as it happens quite frequently, that I hit the close icon accidentally when switching tabs. Any chance this feature can be enabled again? Thanks

Won’t let me sign in says I’m using os 18.7 I’m not and at one point was shared with n unknown device and now Knox is installed not me doing and fire fix was installed not me so yesterday I officially put it on MY PHONE n now icant use it cause someone else is using it too with my phone credentials. Wtf

Recently (past few weeks) I’ve found Firefox on my iPhone (iOS 26.5.2) has stopped loading. I’ll open the app and it won’t load the page at all. It also doesn’t let me reload the page, add tabs, or close tabs. Occasionally it will fix if I click a link from an SMS or something that then opens in the app. Quitting Firefox doesn’t work, restarting my phone also doesn’t work.

It happens fairly often when I get a password reset page where I opt for the generated secure password, Firefox presumably saves it, but it’s not saved to that username/I can’t find it via searching passwords. I have taken to screencapping the new passwords at this point and manually editing the saved profile because of how frequently this happens.

If I were able to sort my passwords by date modified I wouldn’t have an issue with this bug, but that appears to not be an option. If I’m just being silly and there is a way to do that, would love to know!

I want the multiple tabs back at the top. I haven't been able to follow any directions online because either I don't know what words/places are, or the place I'm supposed to click on doesn't exist. I'm using Chrome at the moment, but would like to go back to Firefox if there is an easy fix.

My firefox screen on my iphone 15 is frozen by a message from "systemsecurity-pro" that my iphone has been hacked. I think this is a scam and don't want to tap the "OK" button. What should I do?

I just downloaded this browser and it keeps adding websites that I’ve visited to my bookmarks without asking. I’ve added the image below and I didn’t add the last three bookmarks. They just showed up. The last one is from this website asking me to sign into my account and even that got added to my bookmarks. How do I stop this?
