If you’re talking about the Firefox tab text, the normal zoom controls won’t change the tab font size. You can increase the overall text size through your system’s display settings, or use Firefox’s userChrome.css for more control.
For just the tab text, I’d use userChrome.css so you can make it larger and keep it black against your background.
