Thank you for the help! I'm wondering if other AI chatbots, Lumo, in particular, will continue to be added as options to the updated sidebar? An unofficial extension exists (https://codeberg.org/daskashk/lumo_ai_by_proton_chat_in_sidebar) that adds the ability for a link to appear in the sidebar. However, it does not offer the full integration that the official browser update provides to the other supported LLMs. I like Lumo for its privacy, encryption, and the ability to make "Projects." UNBELIEVABLE, I've never had this much trouble with a previous update. Your AUTOMATIC update closed all web pages that were open last session, offers no option to restore previous session, and took me 2 hours just to get bookmarks back. I had way too many pages open, but I have lost some important research for work that was in process. Multiple support options didn't work until I found one that would for bookmarks, but the history seems to be unretrievable. Not how i wanted to spend my morning.

Starting with the most recent Firefox update a new small grey search bar containing the letters ENHAN appears in the upper right portion of my home page. It is intrusive and useless and I DO NOT WANT IT. How can I make it go away? I have Googled this extensively and have not found an answer. Please help. Thank you.

I wanted to change my Paypal password. I went to their page, and generated a password, but didn't save it. So I went through the password reset process, and asked Firefox to generate another secure password. Paypal rejected it, because it was the one I used before. Every time I asked Firefox for another password, I got exactly the same one.

Is that intentional? How do I change it, so I get a different password when I ask for a new one?

My bookmarks have stopped working. When I went to Edit Bookmark I found they are all empty. I can create a new bookmark as usual, but I have over 300 bookmarks that no long function that are very important to my work. Is there any way I can possibly restore them, as my work depends on them?

I turned on Firefox this morning and its all changed I have no bookmarks no menu and no search bar I hate this new system Why cant i go back to the previous version ???

when I clicked on firefox icon today, bing browser appeared and I was not able to use firefox until I downloaded firefox again. I would like to restore the firefox I was using, I had several windows open and my passwords stored there. please advise

   Context Injection: How does the current sidebar handle DOM context for features like "Summarize this page"? If I were to manually add Grok via a side-loading method, what are the required API hooks for it to achieve parity with the built-in providers?

   User Agent & Authentication: Are there specific CORS policies or User-Agent strings enforced within the sidebar's iframe/browser-view that would prevent Grok’s X-auth or real-time streaming (SSE) from functioning correctly?

Use Case: Integrating Grok’s real-time information retrieval directly into the browser’s native sidebar would significantly optimize research workflows involving live data, which is a key differentiator from the currently supported models.

При нажатии на ссылки некоторых сайтов выходит страница с адресом, но содержимое пустое либо белый экран окна, либо черный, в зависимости от сайта, ничего не смогла понять, другие сайты открываются отлично. Например notion открывает черной страницей, мой газ https://мойгаз.смородина.онлайн/ открывает белым, mail.ru открывает но дальше все письма внутри начинает открывать чистыми вкладками. И это происходит не зависимо от того включен VPN или нет, загружает одинаково, произошло сегодня после перезагрузки компьютера. Сайты рабочие, проверено с этого же компьютера но другими браузерами. Как решить проблему? Это малая часть сайтов которые не работают.

Cannot connect to BBC Sounds web page (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds). Have tried with and without a VPN, have cleared the cache, and shutdown/restarted Firefox, but no luck.

Connects without issue when using alternative browsers.

With dailyexpress.co.uk using Firefox there are two pop ups. One is breaking news on each page using right links and the other is a subscribe to read any of the site, which is recent but prevents reading the site. This does not happen using Microsoft Edge.

I am currently trying to set up automatic backups to a local network folder. I have set browser.bookmarks.autoExportHTML and browser.bookmarks.file via the about:config page. This creates the backup on X:\bookmarks.html as desired, but only this one backup. Is there another way to create the backups with a timestamp and to keep to the maximum number via browser.bookmarks.max_backups?

I use Firefox on a Mac to access Brightspace for my classes. I also use Grammarly. When copying text from the Grammarly widgets and pasting it into the Brightspace HTML editor, the text is stripped of hard returns, causing paragraphs to collapse without any breaks between them.

I have tried pasting as unformatted text, and the issue persists. This issue does not occur in Chrome, so I suspect it is due to how Firefox handles clipboard data. I have not found a workaround or resolution for this.

the clear option on search bar is not working i troubleshoot , restart and even reinstall the Firefox but it is not working . All other options like microphone camera all are working except clear option
