Why was I given a New Job notification when all I did was correct my title that I entered incorrectly?

Yesterday, I corrected my "Job Title" from a mistake I made 8 months ago when I joined the company.

Somehow a New Job notification was created and now I am receiving Congratulations for a job I have had for 8 months. It is embarrassing.

Is there any way to delete or remove the Notification that claims I have a New Job, since that it not factual. I only have an updated title, which was incorrect to my error.

Unless you are seeing these notifications as small popups on the bottom right corner of Firefox windows I am not sure how this has to do with the Firefox web browser.
