I want to retireve a password but under "tools" there is no "options" tab to get it. How do I retrieve the password?

I have a facebook account I haven't logged into in a while.....I don't remember my password so I tried to retrieve it the way I used to.....going to "tools" ans then "options" .....there is now no "optipons" option under tools. How do I retrieve the password?
